The World Opportunity Clock

Every country has a live clock. Accepted values in the covered UK notice record appear as Observed; where dependable notice feeds are unavailable, the wheel presents a transparent Modelled annual procurement value derived from the latest available economic data.

Two financial layers

Observed covered notice value totals accepted GBP values across the rolling 30-day record. One OCID is counted once, values under numeric review remain outside the total, and multi-year framework ceilings are not presented as annual spend. Modelled annual procurement estimates wider yearly public-purchasing scale from the latest available World Bank GDP and a disclosed procurement-share calibration. The two measures are never added together.

Why time matters

Publication, clarification and submission windows move across time zones. Modelled values are directional annual scale rather than live tender totals; every country card exposes its method, data year, confidence and any numeric-review state.
