03 · ENTRY × EXCEPTIONAL PRACTICE
Neither side is a personality type. The difference is whether claims can be traced to decisions, artefacts, outcomes, boundaries and learning.
English, business, marketing, law or a sector discipline can help; a portfolio and tested writing exercise usually reveal more than subject title alone.
Ask the person to reconstruct one task, one difficulty and one correction. Look for curiosity, honest boundaries and the ability to use feedback.
Can show difficult submissions made clearer, stronger evidence recovered, evaluator effort reduced and outcomes improved without overstating causation.
Ask what they stopped, protected, measured, transferred and changed in the operating system—not only what the team won.
